• Place Fabric on the Platen: Lay the fabric flat onto the lower platen of the heat press, making sure it is smooth and free from wrinkles.
• Position the Transfer: Position the transfer paper or vinyl with the design facing down onto the fabric in the desired location.
• Time Setting:

Cotton Fabrics:

• Temperature: 350-375°F (175-190°C)
• Time: 15-20 seconds

Blended Fabrics (Cotton/Polyester):

• Temperature: 350-375°F (175-190°C)
• Time: 15-20 seconds

Cooling and Peeling:

• Cooling Time: After the pressing time is complete, carefully lift the upper platen and allow the fabric and transfer material to cool down for a short period (usually a few seconds to a minute).
• Peel the Transfer Material: Gently peel off the transfer paper

• Washing Instructions:
• Turn the garment inside out before washing. This helps protect the printed design from friction and exposure to harsh detergents.

• Avoid using bleach or harsh chemicals, as they can damage both the print and the fabric.
• Use a gentle detergent designed for delicate fabrics.
• Drying:
• Air drying is the best option for DTF printed clothing. Avoid using a dryer, as high heat can cause the print to crack or fade. If you must use a dryer, use a low-heat setting.
• Ironing:
• If ironing is necessary, turn the garment inside out and use a low-temperature setting. Avoid ironing directly over the printed design.
